By engaging our services to create a digital invitation, you (“the client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is established between the client and our business (BeCrisp HQ).

Scope of Services

We provide services to design and allow clients to modify, create digital invitations based on the client’s requirements, specifications, and design preferences.

Intellectual Property

• The client affirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions for all content provided for inclusion in the digital invitation.
• The client retains ownership of their intellectual property rights.
• Our business retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, templates, or designs used in creating the invitation.

Revisions

Clients will have the opportunity to do the necessary revisions to the draft of the digital invitation, including after its initial delivery.

Delivery

The finalized digital invitation will be delivered to the client via email or WhatsApp.

Payment

• The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the creation of the digital invitation.
• Additional fees may apply for any services or revisions requested beyond the original scope of the agreement.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information and materials provided as confidential. We will not disclose or share client information or the digital invitation without the client’s explicit permission, except where required by law.

Liability

• While we strive to create high-quality digital invitations, we do not guarantee that they will be entirely error-free or meet all expectations.
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for our services.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement in the event of a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Termination must be provided in writing, and any fees paid up to the termination date are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change, and the most recent version will apply to all engagements.
